Panfruit Ukraine TM produces freeze-dried products, which are sold in Ukraine and exported to Europe and the USA. The manufacturer plans to enter the Scandinavian market soon.
Panfruit Ukraine sources most of its raw materials on its own: 25 hectares of berries from "Dykanske Yagody" and 45 hectares from "Oril-Eco". The volume of produce grown exceeds what is used for freeze-drying. Panfruit Ukraine can process 50 tons of frozen products per year, while they grow 100-200 tons. The rest is exported in frozen form.
The Panfruit Ukraine range includes freeze-dried bananas, honeysuckle, mango, blueberry, pear, apple, red currant, and even plombir ice cream.

Sergey Stetsenko, Director of Panfruit Ukraine
"Ice cream and all dairy products freeze-dry wonderfully. We don’t make ice cream ourselves. We buy what we like, which is ice cream from TM 'RUD'. This project coincided with the start of the full-scale war, so we began sending ice cream to our friends serving in the army, and received positive feedback as it does not require special storage conditions. Today, it is our volunteer project."
